Francisca Posada-Brown

In June 2015 she graduated from Cambridge University with a First-Class Honours degree in French and Spanish, where she also won a College subject prize in recognition of significant distinction in her final exams. During her time at Queens’ College, she enjoyed partaking in a number of extra-curricular activities such as playing Lacrosse for the University team and performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Whilst working in London and Paris at placements in different industries including Journalism, Fashion, and Communications, she realised that one of her key interests lies in understanding what drives people to make consumer decisions. This inspired her to pursue an MSc in Marketing at Cass Business School, where she will be studying modules including Brand Management and Communication Strategies, Consumer Behaviour, and Business Sustainability over the course of the next year.

Francisca is looking forward to developing a theoretical and practical skills set at Cass in order to both gain an understanding of Marketing within a broader business context and to strengthen her long-term career possibilities. She is particularly interested in the unique role of Marketing in the promotion of working towards a sustainable future and, after completing her studies, she hopes to secure a place on a Marketing graduate scheme in the consumer goods sector, commencing in 2016
